He is very good at running meetings and at keeping the focus on important issues. Scott understands that we are a community of residents and non-residents and he believes all owners should have equal representation. Scott operates with civility and professionalism. He is largely responsible for calming the waters and getting the three Boards to work together.

Her retirement follows 25 years of service to the School. She is presently serving on the Master HOA Board as Secretary. Clarine took an interest in helping the Master Board when she recognized there was need for proper and accurate Minutes of the meetings. Clarine is also a devout admirer of the Tuscan Ridge Community and supports all owners as equals, whether resident or non-resident. She has worked well with the other Board Members and has recently contributed significantly to keeping the website up to date with pertinent information. She is responsible for the new Notice letter format and the current Proxy Form.

Vic has agreed to put his name forward to assist in getting our Master Association on better footing. Vic has spent hours on hours with Robert Leslie in establishing goals and in helping get the financial records in proper order for both Countryside and Master Associations. Vic is able to attend most meetings, but is also able to do the Skype internet connection when necessary. Vic is a significant asset to the integrity and civil operation of our MHOA whilst contributing a serious sense of professionalism.
