MASTER HOA GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
Below are copies of the documents that govern the Master HOA. These documents are specific to the Master HOA and have no bearing or relevance to the governing documents for Countryside HOA nor The Village HOA. In addition to these documents however, all HOAs have to abide by the Florida Laws that governing such bodies. In the case of HOAs this is Florida Statute 720.
There are three documents that govern the Master HOA. These are:
- Declaration and Covenants
- Articles of Incorporation
- Master HOA By-Laws
These documents are listed in order of importance.
