2011 Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Annual Assessment

The 2011 TRMHOA Annual Assessment has been set at $185

A proper statement has just been sent dated 5 May 2011.  Copies of this statement are available directly below in both PDF and JPG format. 

Assessments will be considered late if received after 15 June 2011.

Please submit one cheque in the amount of $490, which includes the 2011 Annual Assessment of either The Village HOA or Countryside HOA  for which both have been set at $305.

It is extremely important to write your Tuscan Ridge street & house number on your cheque.  Example > 555 Moscato

2011 TRMHOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

The 2011 Annual Assessment for the Tuscan Ridge HOA will be set 23 March 2011 at a Board Meeting called for that purpose and for other specified business.  The notice letter for this meeting is posted below and a copy in PDF form is available for download above.




2010 Annual Assessment

The 2010 Annual Assessment has been increased from $154 to $169 by the Board which is just below the maximum 10% that the Board is permitted to increase it without the consent of homeowners.  (See Master HOA Declaration, Article 4, Section 3 - a copy of the Master  HOA Declaration document can be found on the Governing Documents page.)

Payment must be made by 28th February.  Payments received late may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month. Owners have two payment options - payment by check/cheque, or by bank transfer.  Details for each method are provided below.

Payment By Cheque
For payment by check/cheque, please make payable to 'Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Inc' and should be sent to the Master HOA at the following address:

Payment By Bank Transfer
Anyone wishing to make payment using a bank transfer, please send an email to TRMHOA@aim.com to request our banking details.

When sending funds using this method please ensure you provide, your name, TR property address and, if known, your lot number.

Payment By International Telegraphic Transfer (SWIFT payment)
Anyone wishing to make payment from their overseas bank  account by SWIFT transfer, please note that the payment remitted needs to be $199.  Due to Federal charges, Sun Trust Bank charge $30 on all inward SWIFT payments. The bank details for payment are as detailed above.
