December 31st, 2009 - Quarterly Board Meeting, November 2009
The meeting minutes from the November Board meeting are now available on the Meetings and Minutes page. The Board wish to apologise for the delay in the publishing of these minutes which was solely due to an oversight.
December 4th, 2009 - Master HOA Irrigation System
The
Master HOA Board are pleased to be able to report that the Master
irrigation system has now been repaired i.e. all watering stations are
now working correctly. In addition the timings have been re-set so
that the system only operates at the permitted Polk County watering
times.
- between midnight and 8.00 AM Friday morning
and
- between 6.00 PM and midnight Friday evening
Should anyone see the irrigation system working outside of the above times, or should they see anyone at the control box (at the bottom of the central reservation in Tuscan Ridge Drive, opposite the fountain), please report this immediately to the HOA. We would not wish to receive any more watering citations from Polk County!
The Master HOA Board also wishes to extend its thanks and gratitude to JoAnn Yeager who personally took on the project of having the irrigation system repaired. JoAnn also offered to personally pay for the repairs pending funding being received by the HOA.
I am sure all owners extend their thanks to JoAnn also.
