The Annual Meeting of Members (AGM) for Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Inc has been scheduled for Saturday 20 March 2010 at 6:00 PM in the Countryside Clubhouse at 101 Sangiovese Crossing - Tuscan Ridge - Davenport, Florida.
This is a very important meeting, whereat Five (5) Directors will be elected to the TRMHOA Board of Directors to fill the following open terms: Two Directors for a Three-Year Term; Two Directors for a Two-Year Term; One Director for a One-Year Term.
The Directors, once elected, will vote to decide which Directors take the various term lengths.
It is important that a Quorum is established at this meeting so that the election may go forward and other important business of the Master Association may be conducted.
For those who may be visiting Tuscan Ridge and who may not receive the official notice via post before the meeting, a copy of the Notice Letter and Proxy Form have been posted under "Annual Meeting - AGM" and under "Proxy Form" respectively for your convenience to download, print, and submit to the TRMHOA.
