Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Inc

Pursuant to Article 3 Section 5 of the Tuscan Ridge Master HOA By-Laws, a Special Board Meeting is being called for the purpose of electing two Directors to fill two vacant seats. These seats will be subject to the provision found in Article 3 Section 5 of the Master HOA By-Laws which requires a vote of the Members when Directors are elected at the next Annual Meeting of Members.

The two vacant seats have been left by Billy Halliday and Luis Rodriguez.

The meeting has been scheduled for Friday September 25th 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Countryside Clubhouse.

The election of two Directors by the remaining Board is the only matter on the Agenda for this meeting. No other business will be conducted. 

September 19th, 2009 - 2009 Master HOA Annual Assessment
Due to the large number of defaulting owners (currently 68) that have not paid their annual assessment, the Master Association is owed just short of $10,500. 

Financial constraints

As a result of this unprecedented number of defaulting owners, the HOA finds itself in a very dire financial situation. Although these funds can be recovered eventually, the HOA must have funds available to pay for the legal procedures that must be followed to enable it to recoup these dues.  Regrettably, the HOA has insufficient funds to enable it to continue to pay for landscaping and electric costs for the remainder of the year as well as committing the monies required to pursue these legal remedies. 

Viable solution

The Master Board will be convening a quarterly meeting in the very near future to discuss options to remedy the current financial position.
