The Summer Schedule for Landscape Care is now beginning.
Tuscan Ridge Master Association will be increasing the number of visits from our Landscape Care Givers over the next few weeks to better handle our appearance during the rainy season.
It will be extremely helpful if all Tuscan Ridge Property Owners do their part in keeping our Entrance and Common Areas clean & attractive.
Two things that we can all do to improve our general appearance are: 1) Refrain from tossing trash items out of vehicles; 2) Stop, whenever possible, to pick up obvious items that have been thrown out along Tuscan Ridge Drive.
Our Landscapers try to remove debris at least twice a month, but it is possible for a lot of trash to accumulate in between visits, so Tuscan Ridge Property Owners are encouraged to take part in keeping our Entrance Clean & Attractive for Guests and Potential Home Buyers.
