Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Inc

ATTENTION COUNTRYSIDE OWNERS !

Just a reminder that the  Countryside AGM is being held on Saturday along with a Special Members Meeting.

Thus far we have received very few proxies for these meetings. This means that the Special Meeting may fail to achieve a Quorum and thus will not be able to be held thereby losing the chance for you to have your vote on an important issue. In addition the AGM may well not achieve the required quorum for it to be held.

Please take a few moments to complete and return your signed proxies to your Board to enable these important meetings to be held and to vote on important issues. Your Board have worked very hard to provide extensive information for you and to significantly raise the standards of the HOA . Please show us some support by registering your vote now.

Please complete, sign and return BOTH proxies to us either by e mail to
TuscanRidgeCHOA@aim.com or by FAX to +001 863 419 9969 (UK owners may also fax to our UK office at  0872 115 0626).

If you have not received your AGM mailing then please view the documents online at:
http://www.tuscanridgechoa.org/official-mailing.php

Here you will find two proxies - one for the AGM and one for the Special Members Meeting. Also on this webpage there is a covering letter , a detailed set of financial statements and a Newsletter.

We realise that our UK owners have another important election to think about this week but these HOA meetings are  also very  important to you all, not least because your current Board is working extremely hard to resolve the whole Tuscan Ridge HOA situation which is not, currently, good at all. We are spending a great deal of our own time to bring Tuscan Ridge back on track once and for all and to put all the HOA's on to  a sound financial footing. Please show us a little support by responding to this important mailing.

If anyone has not received their mailing the website link above will take you directly to all the documents.
Or visit
www.TuscanRidgeCHOA.org and click on the "Official Mailing" Link.

NEW E MAIL REFLECTOR / FORUM - UPDATE

All invitations have been sent out . If you have not received an invitation to join the new e mail Reflector, then please e mail us at trmhoa@aim.com and we will set you up.

We are now sifting through a few rejected e mail addresses and will add these to the members list as soon as possible.

We'll announce here and on the reflector when we go live with the message facility.

NEW E MAIL REFLECTOR / FORUM

We have set up a new e mail reflector / Forum which will operate in a very similar manner to the old TRVRA Extralan Listserve which is now discontinued. The main difference is that the new Reflector will be a moderated service which means that off topic or non cordial postings will not be tolerated .

Final testing is now complete and we have sent an Invitation Alert  to all e mail addresses which were previously subscribed to the TRVRA List. This e mail includes simple "two click" instructions for joining the new Reflector. The actual e mail invitations  are being sent out commencing Sunday 2nd May and will be completed by Tuesday 4th May.

Then, we will send invitations to everyone who has supplied a current e mail address to the Master HOA. This will commence Wednesday 5th May and be complete by Friday 7th May. Some of you may receive two invitations so please just ignore the second one !

To join just follow the instructions in the Alert e mail . It takes just two clicks of the mouse to join. You will receive a confirmation e mail when your subscription has been processed.

Once the bulk of the subscribers are loaded we will switch on the message posting facility - until then please don't try to post any messages - they won't go anywhere. We'll send out an annoucement via the Reflector when message posting is activated. We hope to do this by next weekend ie 8th/9th May.
