November 11th, 2009 - Private Letter From A Homeowner
The Master HOA Board has been advised that a letter has been sent out to selected owners from a disgruntled previous Board member that has unfairly attacked and accused other Board members, previous Board members and some other individuals. Needless to say the Board refute all allegations and inuendos. The current Board are more than happy to be judged on their actions and performance in representing ALL homeowners - resident and non resident alike - and to do their utmost to keep our entranceway looking the best that it can be with the resources available.
Most owners are aware of the previous attacks on other homeowners and Board members, past and present, by this individual and her adversarial 'partners' (both of whom are previous Board members) and as such the Board do not feel the need to address this individual's personal opinons here. Assessments for 2010 have not yet been set and will be discussed at the Board meeting on Saturday, 14th November at 4.00 pm at the Clubhouse. In the meantime if anyone has any concerns they are asked, and welcomed, to write directly to the Board.
