A letter dated 30 August 2010 was sent to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) from Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Inc with three survey sheets, each representing a NO vote for the following HOAs respectively:
Tuscan Ridge Master HOA Inc
Countryside at Tuscan Ridge HOA
The Village at Tuscan RIdge HOA Inc.
We are awaiting confirmation from the FDOT on receipt of these votes, as well as confirmation that these votes will have standing to ensure Noise Barrier #1 will NOT be built along US 27 opposite any portion of Tuscan Ridge.
We shall post any such confirmation as soon as it is received.
