US 27 Proposed Noise Barrier
Because of an inconsistency in communications from the FDOT, the TRMHOA attorney is requesting that the FDOT confirm the vote of the surveys and give the Tuscan Ridge Associations time to confirm the individual survey votes of the members considered to be "directly affected" by the proposed Noise Barrier.

The FDOT has indicated to us that the proposed Noise Barrier will NOT be constructed in front of Tuscan Ridge.
However, we are still waiting for an official written confirmation.

Keep in mind barrier one covers five communities. The results for the Tuscan Ridge communities are the following: Five residences in the Countryside community were sent surveys, two responded in favor. Nine residences in the Village were sent a survey, three responded in favor, one was opposed.
